Good to Know

• The Alcatraz tour is on the date you choose when booking and the Muir Woods and Sausalito tour is on the following day with pickup at 7:15 AM from the Hilton Union Square
• You must bring a valid government-issued ID to collect your Alcatraz tickets
• You must provide the full name of all participants to receive your Alcatraz tickets; you will not receive the tickets or qualify for a refund if this information is not provided
• The local partner reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to lack of participation, vehicle breakdowns, or weather and road conditions

Meeting Point

Please note, hotel pickup is only included on Day 2 of the tour! To claim your Alcatraz tickets on Day 1, you must make your own way to Pier 33. Please meet us on the Mason Street side of the Hilton on Day 2.
